Before ordering my Ape coffee cart from the Big Coffee I researched other suppliers. The Big Coffee answered all my questions, responded to my concerns and helped me through the process. On the handover I received my barista training and the Ape was placed in my hands. I got advice and guidance on how and where to trade and this has proved helpful.
